If something is not right please follow the directions below to make a return or exchange, online or to a store. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Once credited, allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement.
We'll email you once we've received and processed your return or exchange. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.
If you are returning or exchanging a gift please follow the Return/Exchange instructions below. Make a note in the Comments area of your packing slip that you would like a gift card if your exchange is not available.
